They Supply Our Body With Important Vitamins 

Bananas contain Vitamin B6. Vitamin B helps to support and increase the rate of our metabolism, helps to maintain healthy skin, hair and muscles, enhances our immune system and even promotes cell growth. Deficiency of this vitamin may lead to depression, high blood pressure and water retention. Bananas also contain potassium which helps regulate blood pressure.

They Contain Fiber

Many people already know including fiber in your diet is important because it has the ability to prevent or relieve constipation. But, what most people DON’T know if that consuming fiber can lower your risk of diabetes and heart disease. Bananas contain insoluble fiber which is a type of fiber that promotes the cleaning of the intestinal tract.

Bananas have no fat, cholesterol, or sodium; making them extremely nutritious.
