No need to become a professional, all you need is a little bit of rhythm and a good tune to shake it to! Dancing as a form of exercise has become the newest epidemic in today’s generation. From Zumba to mob dances, to interactive video games, people are dancing everywhere!

Most fitness clubs offer dance classes and this is a great opportunity to meet new people as well. Dancing can help tone your entire body,strengthen your muscles, reduce stress, increase your stamina, improve posture and balance, and build confidence.
